2. Coaching Conduct

I understand that as a coach, I am a role model for the players and must demonstrate the following:

  • Positive Behavior: Display sportsmanship and professionalism at all times, showing respect toward players, parents, officials, and other coaches. Lead by example to foster an environment of mutual respect.

  • Fairness and Equality: Treat all players equally, providing them with the opportunity to play, improve, and contribute to the team.

  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts between players, parents, and staff in a calm, respectful, and effective manner. Refer any unresolved issues to the league administrator or higher authorities when necessary.

  • League Communication: Stay up-to-date on all league rules, regulations, and announcements and ensure all team members are informed accordingly.

4. Compliance with League Policies

I will follow all rules and regulations set forth by the league, including those related to player eligibility, game rules, equipment standards, and safety guidelines.

I agree to complete any required training or certifications, such as concussion education, first aid, or background checks, to be in compliance with the league’s policies.

I will adhere to all league guidelines regarding social media, ensuring that all communication about the team and organization remains appropriate, respectful, and positive.
